Today, a memory popped up in my Facebook feed and said…
“Well, today ends a 25-year teaching career! Thank you to all who have been a part of my journey. Godspeed to all of you!”
Wow! A LOT has happened over the course of those 11 years since I left the physical classroom environment. I am happy I am still in contact with many of my students. As the school year closes for 2023, I have seen many people and some of the former students I taught leaving the classroom and heading into different career paths. I believe you would agree times have changed, and we must evolve with where we feel we are being led.
As Zig Ziglar once stated, “Making a big life change is scary. But know what’s even scarier? Regret.”
For those making a career change, embrace it! When you step into that uncomfortable zone (whether you chose it or it chose you), take one step and see where it leads. I would never have dreamed that 11 years ago, I would be forced to make a career change, but in hindsight, God knew what I needed, and now here I am, helping others earn a living from home through the business of being a Professional Network Marketer.
Yesterday, another friend called me and said he had been laid off. As the old adage states, make lemonade when life throws you lemons! You can do this!
In an unstable economy, we all need contingency plans. Do you have three months’ salary and living expenses saved if you lose your current job? If not, ask yourself why not? If you live paycheck to paycheck, what is your plan to change that scenario? Would you agree things are changing in our world? Watch this video called The Powershift.
I only wish when I had started my high school years, a course would have been taught on how to earn residual passive income and the importance of doing so. Did your school have a course that taught this? I would think not. What are you doing to have multiple streams of income? I highly recommend you take a look at the Network Marketing Profession. Over the years, it has been linked with multi-level marketing, “one of those things” called a pyramid scheme. I am here to tell you it is not. The people who are doing it right are building networks of people that purchase products they use on a recurring basis.
Are there companies doing it wrong? Of course. You must be smart and do your due diligence when looking for and choosing the Network Marketing Company that is the right fit for you.
