An Easy “At Home” Pumpkin Spice Latte that will SAVE you $5.00 instead of Starbucks!

So, what do you do if you cannot get to Starbucks or your local coffee shop? You make your own!

Here is a great little recipe I hope you enjoy!

What you will need:

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup whole milk or (oat milk, or almond milk)
  • 1 cup (8 oz of your favorite coffee)
  • 4 tablespoons whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
  • a dash of cinnamon (My all time favorite in anything!) Optional of course
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Four Easy Steps:

Step ONE: Stir together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, honey, and vanilla extract in a small pot.

Step TWO: Add the milk, stir together, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally so it does not stick to the bottom or the milk does not boil over.

Step THREE: Split the coffee into two mugs. This is where you now choose your toppings: pour half of the pumpkin spice mixture over each cup. Add the cinnamon and whipped cream if you choose. VOILA!

Step FOUR: Sit back and enjoy!
