The next time you are watching a Netflex movie with your family, make sure to have popcorn on hand. Did you know that popcorn is loaded with antioxidants and fiber? Even if you have the old style popcorn, just pop them on your stove! I love the smell of fresh popped popcorn!
Next, don’t stress too much! Did you know the benefits of dark chocolate? Yes, loaded with antioxidants! So now you can totally justify taking a bite of dark chocolate without hesitation. So there you have the best duo ever…chocolate and popcorn.
Enjoy!
