If you’re hitting the road or flying:

  • Hydrate often — Pack a reusable water bottle and sip regularly, especially if you’re talking or singing on the go.

  • Snack smart — Bring along easy, nourishing options like almonds, veggie sticks, or protein bars to avoid sugary pit stops.

  • Stretch & breathe — Long drives or flights can lead to stiffness and shallow breathing. Try deep belly breaths and light neck stretches to keep your vocal muscles loose and your energy up.

Celebrating with food? Enjoy it! Here are a few swaps to feel great and stay energized:

  • Choose grilled veggies or chicken over processed meats

  • Try sparkling water with lemon or fruit instead of soda

  • Bring a homemade fruit salad for a naturally sweet treat everyone will love
