Did you know that March is Women’s History Month?

Women’s History Month is an annual declared month that highlights the contributions of women to events in history and our contemporary society.

To celebrate Women’s History Month here are some words of wisdom from some extraordinary women. Let’s leverage their attitude to help us live our lives to the absolute fullest.

How often do big, life-changing opportunities simply come knocking at your door? Taking risks can incite some anxiety, but you’re smart, capable, and awesome—when an opportunity to try something new arises, step out of your comfort zone and take the risk. You might learn something new about yourself and discover that you actually are capable of doing that thing that scares you.

Making healthy choices that take our physical and emotional well-being into consideration can help improve moods and boost immunity. Living our best lives means taking care of ourselves—both mind and body. Even when you’re busy, try to carve out time to incorporate regular exercise, or some type of daily movement,  get enough rest 7-8 hours, and eat a well-balanced diet.
