🎵 My Story
Music has always been a part of who I am — it’s how I express, connect, and inspire. For more than 30+ years, I’ve had the joy of teaching piano and voice to students of all ages, helping them discover the confidence that comes when their voice feels free, strong, and supported.
But as I continued my own journey in music and health, I began to see a bigger picture.
So many singers, teachers, and speakers struggled with fatigue, tension, or inflammation — not just in their voices, but in their lives.
I realized that true vocal freedom doesn’t start with technique alone — it starts with whole-body wellness. When our bodies are healthy, our minds are clear, and our spirits are at peace, the voice flows naturally.
That realization led me to study vocal health, brain function, and how nutrition and lifestyle affect the sound we produce and the energy we feel. The science is amazing — singing not only improves lung capacity and posture, but it stimulates memory, enhances mood, and supports cognitive health.
Today, my mission is to help others discover that same mind-body-voice connection.
