About Pam Foster
I have been teaching since 1979.
After graduating from the University of Houston, I spent three years in corporate business. Every year since then has been devoted to teaching, conducting, coaching, and performing.
I taught Kâ12 music for decades, hold an all-level certification, and guided students to the highest honors, including the prestigious Texas All-State Choir. Many have gone on to professional careers in the arts â on Broadway, in the UK, and in classrooms and churches across the country.
In 2011, I conducted my own choir at Carnegie Hall. I have toured internationally with the United Service Organizations and performed with the Houston Pops Orchestra. Music has shaped every season of my life.
But over the years, I saw something deeper:
Stress affects breath.
Inflammation affects tone.
Nervous system overload affects stamina.
The voice reflects the health of the body.
Today, I integrate 40+ years of vocal pedagogy with whole-body wellness principles. I help singers, speakers, teachers, and worship leaders calm their nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore vocal strength from the inside out.
If you want a strong voice, you must support the body that produces it.
When the body is calm, the voice is free. Let's chat about taking your next step.
