Looking for quick, easy and nutritious meals? Work outside the home? Even if you are home with kiddos, who doesn’t love making nutritious meals that are quick and easy?

Taking the time to figure out meals and what you are going to cook, well let’s face it, can be easy for some and frustrating for others.

Here are some of our favorites in our home! Feel free to share with me some of your favorites in the comments section below!

For the Spinach Waffles we use Vanilla IsaPro.
Easy Skillet Dish
Sauté up your favorite Cajun Chicken Sausage and shrimp tossed with creole seasoning.
Then, add about 2 cups of sliced veggies to the sauté pan: bell peppers, onions, and jalapeños cooking them until they are nice and tender, just starting to brown.
Next, add a packet of Original Right Rice, it’s a rice substitute made from veggies. Make this meal a little lower in calories and carbs, while also getting a little bit more veggies into the meal!
You can substitute chicken broth for water and follow the instructions on the rice packet, allowing it to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the sausage and shrimp back in, stir in about a cup of diced tomatoes, top with parsley!
